Mozzerella, Tomatoes and Basil Appetizer

16 oz. ball of Mozzarella, use fresh if available
4 to 6 med. tomatoes, depending on size
4 to 6 fresh basil leaves
Olive oil

Thinly slice Mozzarella and tomatoes. Cut basil into slivers. Alternate slices of tomato and Mozzarella on a dish. Sprinkle basil over all. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve at room temperature. Thinly sliced purple onion can be alternated with tomato and cheese for a different taste.
