Easy Stuffed Baked Potatoes

5 med. baking potatoes
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Snipped chives; optional

Bake potatoes in a 375 degree oven for 70-80 minutes or until done. Cut a slice from top of each. Scoop out insides; mash, add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and fluffy but still hot. Fill potato shells. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more or until heated through.

Makes 5 servings. Set oven at 375 degrees.

NOTE: Can be made ahead and refrigerated, but warm to room temperature before placing in oven. Easy to double but to only 5 potatoes at a time.
