Graham Cracker Pie Crust

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten

This pie crust should be prepared and chilled before the filling is made. Knead the ingredients and press evenly in a greased pie tin. Chill before filling.
