Applesauce Cupcakes

2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. cooking oil

TOP CUPCAKE AFTER BAKED:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Melted butter

Mix all of the above ingredients together.

Grease small cupcake pans. I use four pans, divide the above into the pans. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until brown.

Remove and dip tops into the melted butter and then the cinnamon mixture while hot.
