Layered Mexican Dip

2 cans refried beans with green chilies
2 cans guacamole dip (frozen)
1 lg. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. can black olives, chopped
1 pkg. of Velveeta mexican cheese (mild), shredded

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Layer ingredients in order above in a 9 x 12 glass pan. Serve with tostitos or nacho chips.
