Buttercream Icing

3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3-4 Tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until combined. Add more milk if necessary for spreading consistency. Makes enough for a 2-layer cake, 13x9 cake or 24 cupcakes.
